The hotel is conveniently located in the center, close to many shopping stores that sell cheap items and all eateries. Buses to tourist sights are easily accessible. the rooms are spacious and with friendly staff, towels and extra bedding requests are fulfilled quickly.
Some guests complained about unclean dishes and slow breakfast service, affecting their overall satisfaction.

I liked many things about Abu Dhabi Plaza Hotel Apartments. When I first walked into the Lobby (late at night), I was happily greeted by the security guard and the housekeeping manager. They were both very friendly, pleasant and helpful! I was also happy to see that my reservation had not been cancelled after arriving very late at night (around 1am). The front desk receptionist was very prompt, efficient and friendly. I was checked in and provided keys to my room within minutes. Although I was impressed with the lobby, I was even more impressed when I walked off the elevator and saw how clean and fresh smelling the hallways were. And, when I walked into my two-bedroom apt I was most impressed. The cleanliness of all the rooms, the decor, the magnificent size of the rooms, and the full size gas range for cooking in the kitchen! I also liked having the 2 bathrooms!!! The views from my apt. On the 18th Floor were also very nice. I was especially impressed with the housekeeping; how they paid attention to detail, and responded immediately to requests for pots and pans, utensils, ice, more towels, cleaning, etc. They were exceptionally good and I left a nice tip in the room for them with a note of appreciation for their efforts. Oh! Almost forgot. With parking being an issue, there was an individual outside the front entrance who parked my car every night and I felt greatly indebted to him. Each morning I would simply be provided my key and told where my car was parked; and each night valet parking was provided. A major asset for me! :D
There was nothing that I didn't like about Abu Dhabi Plaza Hotel Apartments. However, I would suggest adding a simple gym - with a set of free weights and a couple of LifeCycles. That would be nice to have.

I liked the location. We had our own car, but were able to walk to the Mariah Mall within a few minutes that had several restaurants to choose from. There were also many other restaurants and foodstuff shops around as well all within easy walking distance. We got free internet although it would keep disconnecting and we had to reconnect quite often.
The shower in our apartment #1404 was one of those handheld shower heads that fits into a bracket on the wall. It either aimed straight down towards the drain or if you turned the bracket it shot straight across to the other side of the wall and slopped out all over the floor. It was not comfortable to just stand under the shower as you had to hold the shower head to take a shower. The apartment is crowded. We had a one-bedroom. Only one bathroom and the two extra single beds are in the living room/dining area which is really cramped with all the bulky furniture. The master bedroom had two single beds as well and we had to have them come up to change it to one large bed for the adults. The kitchen is small and crowded as well but functional with the basics needed for cooking. When comparing this hotel apartment to one similar in price in Dubai, the Abu Dhabi Plaza Hotel Apartments lacks a lot of space throughout the apartment, an additional bathroom or half bath is needed as the one bedroom apartment is able to accommodate up to four persons, kitchen items such as rice cooker, cutting board would be nice to have as well.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, situated in a very good area with plenty of shops and conveniences nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and super helpful, always with a smile and polite. The room was very big and well stocked with equipment for cooking. We were pleasantly surprised to find amenities such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, and a dining table. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great addition, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel offers a swimming pool and exercise gym, perfect for relaxing and keeping active. Lastly, the flat-screen TV in the room provided entertainment after a long day of exploring.
We highly recommend this hotel for any family.

Before making my reservation I read some traveler comments on abpha and unfortunately some of them were very negative. People had complained about lack of cleanness and poor service. When I arrived I realized that the hotel was much better than people had described it. I will leave positive comments about adpha on Booked.net because I think there are some unfair negative comments. The price was also very affordable. Nader Habibi
The charge for transport from the airport was too much (150 der)

Rooms were basic but vey clean. It is very central in town to everything being in walking distance.
Parking is a nightmare. There is a valet to park your car or you at a cost but a hassle to then find a new park space on your return. Taxis are a cheap and easy option. The rooms smell of spicy food and cigarattes as the air con vents are shared between apartments.

The apartment was very spacious and well equipped for cooking with everything we needed. We also loved the fantastic shower. Location wise, there were plenty of shops and conveniences nearby and it was just a short walk to buses that took us to the main tourist sights. we were very impressed with the size and amenities offered in the apartment.
We did have a few issues during our stay. The washing machine leaked and we weren't informed that we needed to turn on the hot water.

Very spacious and well laid out.Beingan appartment lots of useful appliances especially for families - a kitchenette, with reasonable fittings. A separate living and bedroom gives a fabulous sense of space.
Not really much. The internet wifi was poor. but the hotel staff were helpful and managed to set things up. Being in a busy junction parking is bound to be an issue for those bringing their own vehicles. But the location is convenient for those like me dependent on taxis
